The Industrial Park in Whistler, Function Junction, has experienced little change over the past twenty years.  In 1980, none of our sample data is present in this area, suggesting that there is little to no population here.  In the early 80's Whistler was in its initial stages of development and had little need for an industrial park, therefore the lack of population in this area is not surprising.  By 1990, a small increase can be seen where housing prices are within the middle to high price ranges.  Most of the housing prices of 2000 are within the lower price ranges, demonstrating a general decrease in price value.
